The Central Committee of the Federation for Combating Jewish Persecution in Germany today issued a manifesto in Polish, French, English and Yiddish “to the conscience of the world,” declaring that the Nazi propaganda of racial hatred is a menace to world peace because the Nazis are directing their propaganda not only against Jews but against all those who do not believe in Nazi barbarism.
