Late Flash Secretary Hull Promises to Investigate

Secretary of State Hull received Ambassador Luther at the State Department and after receiving an oral protest about the Brodsky ruling in the Bremen case promised to investigate the situation. Mr. Hull is sending a telegram to Governor Lehman of New York to ascertain the true facts of the incident.
