Piero Parini, head of the Italian cultural organizations abroad, declared to the Jewish Telegraphic Agency today that the racial theories of Hitlerism are entirely foreign to Roman Fascism which, he said, “demands harmonious cooperation among all citizens irrespective of race or religion.”
