Modification of the inheritance laws to prevent “non-Aryan” relatives abroad from sharing in German inheritances is under contemplation, it is disclosed in the German press.

According to the reports in the press, only close relatives of the deceased will be permitted to share in the estate. These, however, must first prove to the satisfaction of the authorities that they are “Aryan” and that they “do not have animosity toward the German spirit and toward us.”
