League of Nations High Commissioner Sean Lester today had under consideration petitions by the Social ###ocrat, Zentrum and German Nationalist parties demanding annulment of the last election, dissolution of the Volkstag and the holding of a new election. The petitions charge that Nazi terroristic methods were employed in the April 7 election to give the Nationalist Socialist (Nazi) party a majority in the Senate.
On Nov. 17 the Danzig Supreme Court handed down a decision ###ing ten per cent of the Nazi vote in the suburbs and three per cent in the city proper because of Nazi acts against opposition candidates. As a result of the ruling, two Nazi mandates were handed over to the Social Democrat and the Zentrum parties. Present composition of the Senate is 41 Nazis and 39 of the opposition parties.
