A plea to Rumanian Minister Charles A. Davila in Washington to intervene with the King and Prime Minister in behalf of the Jewish citizens of Rumania was contained in a letter from the United Rumanian Jews of America over the signatures of Leo Wolfson, president and Herman speier, executive secretary.
