German Judges Forbidden to Quote Jewish Jurists

Legal interpretations by Jewish jurists lost all standing in German courts today when the President of the Reich Chamber of Jurists issued a decree ordering all German jurists not to quote Jews or to cite comments and interpretations printed in “Jewish law journals” since they are not in accordance with the Nazi spirit now ruling the German courts.
