Lithuanian Court Frees Boy Who Shot Woman for Anti-jewish Jibe

A Jewish boy who with a toy gun had shot and wounded a Lithuanian woman for calling him a “dirty Jew,” today won acquittal in the Supreme Court.

The court’s verdict hold that such abuse is liable to provoke action for which Jews are legally not responsible.
