Dr. Stephen S. Wise, newly-elected president of the Zionist Organization of America, has designated Judge William M. Lewis of Philadelphia acting president during Dr. Wise’s absence abroad, according to cable advices from London received by the Z.O.A. today. Judge Lewis called the first meeting of the Zionist Executive for Thursday afternoon.
