A project for instituting a system of fingerprinting to determine racial origin was published today by Dr. E. Karl, a Nazi theoretician. He asserts that fingerprints help not only to distinguish criminals, but to set off races.
Dr. Karl holds that Jewish fingerprints show that they are not of “European stock.”
