The anti-Jewish boycott today had the official sanction of Danzig’s Supreme Court as result of a decision which ruled that boycott posters displayed in Government buildings need not be removed since they are in accordance with Nazi principles.
The ruling was issued when Jews complained that display of the posters constituted violation of the Free City’s constitution. A similar complaint had been lodged with the League of Nations.
