The Voelkishcer Beobachter today announced a national convention of Nazi legislators and jurists in Berlin on Oct. 3 and 4 for the ostensible purpose of “supporting the Fuehrer in his fight against the evil influence of the Jews.”

It was learned, however, that the primary purpose of the parley is to revise laws which clash with Chancellor Hitler’s four-year self-sufficiency program. Since revision of laws affecting property would arouse opposition, the revision, it was learned, will be made under the mask of eliminating remaining Jewish influences from German jurisprudence.

The Beobachter pointed out that laws protecting “international private ownership” particularly reveal the influence of the Jewish spirit and declared that the fight against the Jews would not be considered won until the “last remnants of the Jewish spirit” had been uprooted.
