Ludwig Book on Gustloff Case Banned in Switzerland

Emil Ludwig’s book on the assassination of Wilhelm Gustloff, Nazi agent, entitled, ” Murder in Davos,” has been prohibited by the Swiss Federal authorities, it was reported today, until after the trial closes early in December.

Bookshops have been given permission to dispose of their present supplies of the book, it was stated. The volume, printed in Amsterdam, had aroused the resentment of the German authorities and infuriated Nazi newspapers.
