Plans to aid refugees in Czechoslovakia, Poland and other countries were mapped here today following a conference yesterday of representatives of Jewish organizations. Speakers at the conference included Dr. Louis Oungre of Paris, executive director of the Jewish Colonization Association, and Dr. Bernhard Kahn, European director of the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee.
