REPRESENTATIVE WILLIAM CITRON (DEM., CONN.) DEMANDED TODAY ABROGATION OF DIPLOMATIC RELATIONS WITH GERMANY IF THE FEDERAL BUREAU OF INVESTIGATION’S SURVEY OF NAZI GROUPS SUBSTANTIATES THAT THE REICH GOVERNMENT IS FINANCING A SUBVERSIVE MOVEMENT HERE.

THE INVESTIGATION BY J. EDGAR HOOVER, DIRECTOR OF THE F.B.I., SHOULD SHOW THE NEED FOR NEW LEGISLATION IF THE LAW IS INSUFFICIENT TO COPE WITH THE SITUATION CREATED BY NAZI LEADERS’ STATEMENT INDICATING DOUBLE NATIONALITY OF GERMANS ABROAD, MR. CITRON SAID.
