A NEW POLITICAL PARTY TO BE KNOWN AS THE POLISH LABOR PARTY WAS ORGANIZED HERE TONIGHT FROM A FUSION OF THE CHRISTIAN DEMOCRATIC AND NATIONAL WORKERS PARTIES, THE HAVAS NEWS AGENCY REPORTED.

THE NEW PARTY ANNOUNCED IT WAS HOSTILE TO ALL TOTALITARIAN IDEALS OF EITHER THE RIGHT AND LEFT AND THAT IT WOULD PURSUE A PURELY NATIONALISTIC ATTITUDE TOWARD THE QUESTION OF MINORITIES.

TO SOLVE THE JEWISH PROBLEM, THE NEW PARTY SAID IT FAVORED INCREASED EMIGRATION. ON THE QUESTION OF THE GERMAN MINORITY IN POLAND, IT WAS INDICATED THAT IT WOULD BE TREATED IN THE SAME MANNER AS THE POLISH MINORITY IN GERMANY. NO INDICATION WAS GIVEN AS TO THE ATTITUDE OF THE NEW PARTY TOWARD THE PRESENT GOVERNMENT OR COL. ADAM KOC’S NATIONAL UNION PARTY.
