Appealing for financial support “of the greatest propaganda campaign in the political history of Britain,” the Blackshirt, Sir Oswald Mosley’s Fascist weekly, announced today it would publish henceforth as a monthly devoted entirely to the interests of the British union of Fascists movement.

The announcement was followed by the remark that “the propaganda drive necessarily means reorganization and curtailment in other directions, implying certain sacrifices, but with the end of such great importance, the sacrifices will be made with readiness and good will.”
