Brazil May Modify Entry Curbs

Brazil is considering lifting the constitutional provision restricting immigration to two per cent of the foreigners settled in the country in the past fifty years, the New York Times reported today from Rio de Janeiro. Various public and private groups are trying to find a solution of the problem, the report said.
