The German Legation here today announced strict regulations on visits by Jews to, or through, the Reich. Henceforth, all Hungarian Jews proceeding to Germany must obtain special permits from the German legation here. Reich authorities will also exercise control over movement of travellers between Hungary and Western European countries on those trains which pass through Germany.
