Added measures to combat lawlessness were urged upon the Palestine Government today at the concluding session of the Palestine Labor Party’s fourth annual convention. Other resolutions declared Arab terrorism merely strengthened the determinations of the Jewish people to build up Palestine, protested immigration restrictions and called upon world Jewry to combat “despair psychology.”
