Labor Committee Acts on Unity Proposal

The Jewish Labor Committee met this evening to act on the Pittsburgh proposals for coordination in defense of Jewish rights. The decision had not been announced at this writing, but ratification was expected. A meeting of the American Jewish Committee’s executive committee is being arranged for tomorrow evening. B’nai B’rith will poll members of its executive committee by telegraph and mail. The American Jewish Congress administrative committee is expected to meet before the end of the week, and is also expected to ratify the agreement.
