The introduction of “ghetto” carriages on the German State Railways within the next few months is predicted by the Berlin correspondent of the Daily Telegraph and Morning Post. “The German State railways, I understand, propose to introduce during the next few months special compartments which will be labelled ‘Jews only,'” the correspondent states. “It is considered that the time has now come when Jewish travellers should be segregated from Aryans. This has already been done in hotels, restaurants and cafes in the German provinces, though not in Berlin.”
