The authorities have ordered the dissolution of the Central Union of Jewish Artisans, which has 100,000 members in 530 branches, on the grounds that nonpartisans were members of the executive committee and that the organization was negligent in collecting dues. Efforts to secure revocation of the order are proceeding.
