Reich Jews to Ask Camps for Transitory Refugees

Supplementing outside efforts to settle the Jewish problem in Germany by emigration, Jewish circles here are drawing up a series of proposals to be presented to the Reich authorities, foreign governments and organizations abroad. It is understood they deal with possible creation of camps for transitory refugees and include concrete suggestions for solving the problem of property transfer.
