Four members of the commission arranged by President Roosevelt’s Advisory Committee on Refugees to survey prospects for refugee settlement in British Guiana left today for Georgetown by plane, among them Dr. Joseph A. Rosen, colonization expert. The other two American members will leave Sunday.
