Dr. Bernard Berger, Palestinian economist, journalist and Zionist leader, arrived here today as representative of the Palestine Maritime Lloyd, Ltd., to interview leading shipping men regarding the purchase of a number of large vessels for use at Tel Aviv and other ports. He said Palestine was in the midst of a campaign to build a Jewish merchant marine.
