The French Jewish Emigration Committee, in which Baron Robert de Rothschild is interested, today called upon refugees in France to register with the committee in connection with possible refugee settlement in French Guiana, New Caledonia and Madagascar. It is understood that the question of experimental small-scale settlement of these French possessions has been taken up with Colonial Minister Georges Mandel.
