The Jewish community has protested to the Government against anti-Jewish incitement by a new paper, in three languages, founded after the recent visit of Dr. Hjalmar Schacht, German economic expert. The complaint declared that such incitement violated the provision of the Indian Penal Code prohibiting the arousing of hatred against any class of British subjects.

The paper is modelled after Der Stuermer, German anti-Semitic weekly, illustrated with cartoons. It is entirely financed by Nazis and is distributed gratis.
