Boris Pregel, well-known French Jewish philanthropist, has been made an officer in the French Legion of Honor in recognition of his services as head of the International Organization to Fight Cancer. Mr. Pregel is vice-president of the executive committee of the Jewish Health Society (OSE) and vice-president of the French Pro-Palestine Committee.
