The official gazette of the Moorish Protectorate Government today published two decrees aimed chiefly at suppressing Nazi and Fascist propaganda, which have recently been greatly increased. The first decree prohibits distribution of pamphlets likely to endanger public order and security. The second provides a fine of 1,000 to 10,000 francs and five to six years’ imprisonment for persons receiving funds from abroad to promote sedition.
