The anti-Semitic forces in the Government’s Front of National Rebirth have been considerably strengthened by the en bloc adhesion of the Union of National Conscience, consisting of 58 of the most prominent anti-Semitic Cuzists, including Prof. Alexander Cuza, his son, Istrate Micescu, Nichifor Robu, Gheorge Ciolac and Vladimir Novischi. The announcement regarding the enlargement of the Front created uneasiness in Jewish circles.
