Hias-ica Agents Get French Permit to Help Interned Refugees Emigrate

The French Government has granted permission to the HIAS-ICA Emigration Association to make contact with interned Jewish refugees in order to arrange their emigration, according to word received by HIAS here today. HIAS-ICA representatives immediately were sent to visit all concentration centers where Jewish refugees are located.
