The New York Daily News, commenting editorially yesterday on the present war as “A War of Starvation,” cited a dispatch from Wilno by Mendel Mozes, chief of the former Jewish Telegraphic Agency bureau in Warsaw, in which the correspondent had reported that the “complete ruin and physical destruction of Polish Jewry under Hitler is a question of months, if not weeks.”
