The 1939 campaign of the United Jewish Appeal for Refugees and Oversees Needs, which ends this week, has enlisted the support of 3,200 Jewish communities throughout the country as against a total of 1,900 communities which participated in the 1938 drives of its constituent agencies, Chairmen Abba Hillel Silver and Jonah B. Wise announced today.
