Arthur M. Lamport, New York banker and philanthropist, arrived here today by airplane to investigate possibilities for establishment of small industries coordinated with the refugee colonization project. He will leave tomorrow, with W.A. Frey, secretary of the Dominican Republic Settlement Association, to inspect the 26,000-acre Sosua tract donated by Generalissimo Rafael L. Trujillo as the first site for refugee settlement.
