The Chamber of Deputies today adopted, by a vote of 36 to 12, a resolution offered by the Right opposition demanding that the Government impose stricter penalties upon persons involved in irregularities in connection with entry of Jewish refugees to Chile which were reported recently by a Government investigating commission.
