Interior Minister General Skucas has ordered establishment here of a special concentration camp for refugees found guilty of offenses against the refugee regulations or violations of the law.
The Cabinet was reported today preparing to consider a measure making Sunday a compulsory day of rest. Such a measure already exists in Kaunas.
