Cuban Army Acts Against Spanish Fifth Columnists

A drive against Spanish fifth column activities has been launched by the Cuban Army intelligence service, it was reported today. Action followed detention of Honorary Consul Ramon Rodriguez Fernandez on charges of possessing literature identified with the Spanish nationalist group Falange which was out lawed here two years ago. He is the second Spaniard arrested this week on suspicion of subversive activities.
