President Cardenas of Mexico has denied entrance to about 100 Jews who arrived at Vera Cruz aboard the ship Quanza, the United Press reported today from Mexico City. The refugees, coming from Germany, France and Spain, said the Mexican consul at Lisbon had given them transit visas because they intended to go to Guatemala. The Guatemalan Government said it would refuse them admission.
