A warning that the German air attacks on Britain are only a diversion for impending Axis attempts to get Iraq and Iran was sounded today by Lord Strabolgi, prominent Laborite, in an address at memorial services for the late Vladimir Jabotinsky.
Strabolgi pointed out that Palestine is the main bastion in the path for such an eastward drive. Col. Josiah Wedgwood, laborite M.P., also paid tribute to the late Jewish leader.
