A proposal to include in the new Czech National Council two former Jewish deputies in the Czechoslovak Parliament, Dr. Angelo Goldstein and Dr. Chaim Kugel, has been submitted to President Eduard Benes, it was learned here today.

This nomination would be in addition to the appointment of a third Jewish member to represent the views of the Jewish minority in the Council, since Dr. Goldstein and Dr. Kugel, being both residents of Palestine, would not be in a position to take part in the deliberations of the Council.
