The keen interest of Palestine’s Jewish youth in aviation was described at a meeting of the Jerusalem Aviation Club today.

Dr. Isaac Gruenbaum, member of the Jewish Agency Executive, disclosed that the Agency was supporting three flying schools and that the Vaad Leumi (Jewish National Council) was supporting another which has 11 training planes and five gliders. Fifty Jewish pilots from these schools obtained licenses from the Palestine Government last year, he said.
