Palestine Industrialists Pledge Full Aid to Britain

A message pledging Palestine Jewish industry’s readiness to give utmost aid to Britain’s war effort was sent to Prime Minister Winston Churchill today by delegates attending the 31st conference of Palestine Jewish industrialists.

The conference decided to send delegations to the United States and England to arrange for adequate supplies of raw materials for industrial enterprises in Palestine. It passed resolutions asking the Government and Jewish financial and political institutions to assist actively in industrial development, in the improvement of war insurance arrangements and normalization of exports.
