The Government has decreed confiscation of all Jewish-owned industrial property “of economic importance,” it was disclosed today. Property subject to expropriation includes buildings, equipment, mills, distilleries, stocks of cereals and fodder and the stock shares of companies the majority of whose capital is in Jewish hands.
The State Secretariat for Colonization has decided that estates and goods confiscated from Jews will be taken over by special “commissioners for romanization” to be appointed for the enterprise by the Ministry of National Economy.
