An Arabic broadcast from Rome said today that the two boatloads of Jewish refugees which had arrived in Palestine were part of a British plan to mass Jews in the Holy Land for defense against the Arabs. (The ships were barred from landing their passengers and the British administration announced that they would be removed to a British colony.)

The broadcast charged that Jews were seeking to establish a “Jewish empire” in the East, claiming Sinai and Egypt in addition to Palestine, and said the Jews had taken advantage of the Allies’ “critical position” to obtain new pledges.

Meanwhile, the Nazi broadcast from Zeesen in Arabic declared that Rumania had expelled Jews from the stock exchange and advised the Arabs to act promptly to get rid of Jews and Freemasons on their countries.
