Upon the recommendation of David Dubinsky, president of the International Ladies Garment Workers. Union, Philip Kapp, assistant secretary of the ILGWU, has joined The Day, New York Jewish daily, to take an active part in the management of the paper. Kapp is well known in the Jewish labor movement in America.
