The entire Bialystok district, including the city of Bialystok where the Nazis have now segregated the Jews in a ghetto, will be incorporated into the Reich as a part of East Prussia, the Nazi press reports. Local administration in this district which was regained from Russia is now being organized along the same lines as in Prussia.

The Nazi press reaching here also reports that many Jews in the Nazi-occupied Minsk district failed to make their escape with the retreating Russian armies and are now in German hands. The Voelkischer Beobachter reports that Jews are still to be seen in Minsk, in Slutzk and in other towns of White Russia.
