Declaring that the problem of a Jewish national future will be solved only by a Jewish state on both sides of the Jordan, capable of absorbing post-war mass immigration, the administrative committee of the New Zionist Organisation cabled the Emergency Zionist Committee in New York, expressing satisfaction at the latter group’s decision last week, to oppose inclusion of Palestine in any pan-Arab federation that may be formed.

“The Zionist movement the world over must categorically demand that the British government should not commit any future peace conference to either promises to the Arabs or to changes in the present political structure,” the NZO statement declared.
