Declaring that the present trade agreement between Palestine and Syria “is hampering free trade and normal connections between the two countries,” the Arab Chambers of Commerce in Palestine and in Syria today submitted a request to their respective governments asking for the annulment of this agreement.
It is understood that both the Palestine and Syrian governments are inclined to look with favor upon the request.
