The notorious Julius Streicher, of whom little has been heard since the outbreak of the war, has arrived in Paris to prepare for the publication of a French edition of his pornographic anti-Jewish publication “Der Stuermer,” it is reported today in the London press. The report states that the first issue of the French “Stuermer” will appear on January 1. It will serve as an occasion for the launching of a large-scale anti-Semitic campaign in the Nazi-occupied part of France.
